Olde Hickory Golf and Country Club
Olde Hickory is a rather unique bundled private golfing community where all homeowners can enjoy a variety of activities that include golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness opportunities and social gatherings so all members can stay active. If you want to play golf almost every day, you will find available tee times, even in season, because there are only 561 residences in the community.

Members are prideful of the warm and welcoming nature of their neighbors and new owners in this small, socially active community.
The community is comprised of 175 single family homes, 126 villas (attached units), and 260 Verandas (low rise condominiums) available at competitive prices.
Golf is challenging with 18 holes on a well manicured course designed by Ron Garl for competitive play for all skill levels. If you like walking a golf course, you can do so after 4:00 P.M. every day, or book a tee time on the automated reservation system with a preferred tee time. The men's, and especially the women's, golf leagues are very active and inviting for all to join with weekly competition in season.

Members can enjoy elegant and casual dining experiences in a beautiful, recently expanded and updated Clubhouse with an outside Terrace for enjoying a casual lunch and beverages after golf or an evening out with friends.

Olde Hickory is conveniently located only minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport, easy access to Gulf beaches, fishing, regional hospitals, shopping, and entertainment.

Bundled Golf Community
A bundled golf community is one in which a country club, membership is included with every home purchase. Also known as Common Interest Realty Association (C.I.R.A). All members/homeowners may participate in any activities revolving around the Clubhouse and the golf course. Every homeowner is a full member of the Club with all privileges, whether or not you play golf.

Governance: The community is governed by the Master Association which owns all the common areas and facilities in the community and is managed by the Board of Directors which manages all business affairs of the Club and Master Association. Along with the Board of Directors, the Club is managed by a licensed Community Association Manager (C.A.M.) as the General Manager.

Financial Stability: As a C.I.R.A. community, members are secure knowing there is guaranteed income from owners' monthly assessments and lien rights to collect any outstanding assessments in case of any delinquent accounts.
